The project
The Colette Beach is the natural continuation of the philosophy that The Colette Group established with The Colette Residences: a refined and timeless luxury, without ostentation, where the architecture engages with the landscape rather than imposing itself upon it. The project is located on Route 10, KM 163, opposite Manantiales, one of Punta del Este's most iconic beaches.
The design by Estudio Ramos—under the direction of Juan Ignacio Ramos and Ignacio Ramos—is distinguished by its fluid and natural architecture, which eliminates visual obstructions to maximize ocean views and prioritizes integration with the environment over sheer volume. Environmental respect is fundamental to the project, not an add-on.
